    Participant
    Senior undergraduate students, graduate students and young researchers of
    research groups involved in Material Science, in particular magnetic and
    superconductor materials. No registration fee will be charged on the
    participants and limited to 50 participants. Registration should be done
    electronically by sending the curriculum vitae of the applicant to
    nugroho@fi.itb.ac.id with the subject registration.

    Description
    The symposium will cover several topics including a new magnetoelectric
    material and other functional magnetic material, as well as nano magnetic
    and magnetic measurement technique such as neutron scattering and muon spin
    resonance. The symposium is aimed to explore and stimulate a scientific
    cooperation between several Japanese researchers from Tohoku University,
    RIKEN and Kyushu University and Indonesian institutions on magnetic and
    other functional materials. The schedule of activities is listed below:
